Job Description:This is a Finance / Accounting / Controlling role with the Company.The Head of Business Administration directs the finance and accounting functions for designated legal companies including performing monthly closings, setting standard costs, analyzing variances, performing budgeting, and forecasting, and doing management reporting. Develops budgets and forecasts including monthly, yearly, and 5-year planning.Analyzes budget to actual variances.Develops capital budget and monitor spending.Responsible for preparing and making recommendations for the P&Ls and Balance Sheets.Prepares all financial reports as required or requested.Manages liquidity needs.Prepares month-end closings on a timely basis.Controlling for Omaha plant (budgeting, forecasting, planning & analysis, definition of countermeasures, evaluation of chances & risks).Oversight of cost accounting function for COL manufacturing as well as calculating standard cost rates and setting standard product costs annually.In charge of consolidating CapEx budgets, preparing business cases, and safeguarding correct realization of CapEx projects. Analyzes inventory reviews inventory cycle counting process and leads annual physical inventory counts as necessary.Implements Group Policies and Procedures at the local company level.Supervises and develops a team of direct reports.Interacts with internal and external auditors in completing audits and tax returns.
