Position Title Head of Project Management Head of Business Alignment Office Location Libertyville Hybrid Job Summary As a Head of Project Management Head of Business Alignment Office at Pharma Logistics you will play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver outstanding results and drive continuous improvement across all projects The ideal candidate will excel in planning executing and closing projects ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and meet or exceed quality standards Join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our innovative organization Job Duties and Responsibilities Leadership and Strategy Develop and implement project management strategies that align with organizational goals and objectivesDevelop comprehensive project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocationEstablish and maintain the project management office PMO standards policies and proceduresTeam Management Assemble and lead a project team often composed of members from different departmentsAssign tasks and responsibilities to team members monitoring their progress and providing guidance as neededFacilitate communication and collaboration within the teamProject Execution Coordinate and oversee the execution of project tasksMonitor project performance making necessary adjustments to keep projects on trackEnsure project milestones and deliverables are met within the specified timeframes and budget constraintsResource Management Allocate resources efficiently to ensure project successManage project budgets and ensure that the project stays within financial constraintsStakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders including clients senior management and team membersProvide regular updates on project status risks and issues ensuring transparency and accountabilityManage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are metQuality Control Ensure that the projects deliverables meet the required quality standardsImplement and maintain quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet or exceed quality standardsConduct regular reviews and evaluations of project outcomes to identify areas for improvementDocumentation and Reporting Maintain comprehensive project documentation ensuring accuracy and completenessPrepare and present project reports and documentationProject Closure Finalize all project activitiesOversee the successful completion and closure of projects ensuring all deliverables are finalized and acceptedConduct post project reviews to capture lessons learned and best practices for future projectsRequired Education Skills and Experience Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field; Masters degree preferredMinimum of 4 years of experience in project managementPMP project management certification requiredExceptional organizational and multitasking abilitiesStrong problem solving and decision making capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
