About The RoleTilly Therapy is seeking a Head of Business Operations to drive the strategy and operations necessary to scale our autism care business. This role offers a unique opportunity to define our operational framework from the ground up, shaping a new AI-driven behavioral health business. As a key member of our team, you will be developing our Autism service business, ensuring success in service delivery, growth, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to scale Tilly Therapy.
  • Oversee daily operations, leveraging data analytics to optimize processes and drive efficiency.
  • Oversee product initiatives, driving enhancements to make our service offerings best-in-class for BCBAs.
  • Unlock a clear path forward to growing and scaling supply and demand within the ABA business.
  • Develop, track, and manage key performance indicators to provide actionable insights and regular updates to leadership.
  • Coordinate with marketing, product, and clinical teams to create a cohesive and powerful ecosystem.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive conditions, ensuring our services are always top of market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, supporting strategic objectives and expanding our service reach.
  • Be a pivotal force in cultivating a dynamic, innovative, and inclusive company culture that attracts top talent and fosters professional growth.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university, with an emphasis on strategic thinking and innovation.
  • 5-7 years with a combination of consulting, investment banking, startups, or similar roles. Experience in early-stage and tech-driven environments is a plus.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities, with demonstrated intellectual rigor.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to influence and inspire teams.
  • You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and are energized by building foundational processes from the ground up.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to efficiently drive team members.
  • A collaborative team player who values diverse perspectives and is committed to fostering an inclusive and innovative work environment.
  • Ability to work 5 days a week in-office with a fully in-person team in New York.
  • CompensationThe estimated salary range for this role is $160,000 - $190,000. Total compensation for this position may also include stock options. Note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual's relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors.
