VP of Mortgage Originations (Recapture)
Locations: Salt Lake City, Jacksonville, or Dallas, TX
Position Summary:
The Vice President (VP) Consumer Direct Originations is a senior leader supporting our mortgage loan origination product offerings to our customer base, contributing to the overall strategy, development and execution of our mortgage originations business platform. The VP is responsible for delivering superior service, communication and production support to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth consumer transactions from start to finish. This role includes managing team development, performance, compliance with state and federal laws, continuous improvement through data, technology management, and effective customer communication.

Certifications, Licenses and/or Registration:
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or equivalent experience in mortgage banking originations management.
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of word processing software; spreadsheet software; accounts receivable and accounts payable software; electronic mail; internet software; order processing software; inventory software; database software; and loan servicing systems.
