State Street Global Technology Services (GTS) is seeking a skilled and proven Head of Controls Automation, Managing Director to drive strategic thought leadership as we expand our Controls Automation capability to ensure delivery excellence. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in designing and delivering automated controls with an innovative, out-of-the-box mindset. They should possess a user-centric knowledge of available technology tools and applications to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of automation solutions. What you will be responsible for
  • Responsible for end-to-end delivery of control testing automation tools, overseeing the Control Automation life cycle from requirement management to implementation.
  • Focused on strategizing and driving continuous efficiency through process streamlining and automation.
  • Critically assesses new tools and identifies those that align with organizational goals and technical landscape.
  • Mentors, guides and trains junior team members in control principles and automation techniques.

  • Able to effectively balance multiple tasks through careful prioritization.
  • Advanced MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, IT Security, Mathematics, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Graduate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 12-15+ years proven related experience with 7-10 years experience as part of a leadership team.

Salary Range:

$175,000 - $287,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
