Layer Health is an AI startup spun out of MIT, revolutionizing chart review for healthcare. Our AI layer radically speeds up and improves the quality of information gleaned from these medical records to power a wide range of impactful use cases from research to quality measurement to clinical care pathways.Our diverse founding team brings expertise across machine learning, large language models, medicine, and human-computer interaction.We're currently hiring a founding Customer Success Lead to build our CSM operational framework and build meaningful relationships with our customers.You can expect to:
- Own and build a scalable strategy for new customer onboarding, implementation, go-live deliverables
- Help manage and oversee customer relationships; create meaningful partnerships and strategic growth/account development opportunities
- Handle client demos for prospects and current clients
- Identify and navigate new pilot opportunities (will not be true upsell from compensation perspective)
- Work alongside Product team to manage project-based deliverables
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to share client/user feedback with regards to product successes / areas of improvement
We look for:
- 3-5 years of previous Customer Success experience within the healthcare domain
- Ideally 2-3 years building Customer Success operations and processes at an early stage health tech company with hospitals / health systems as their primary user base
- Effective oral and highly visual written communication skills with the purpose of bringing clarity to complexity and communicating to inform and influence across cross-functional teams and leadership.

Compensation is dependent on experience, overall fit to our role, and candidate location. Expected compensation ranges for this role may change over time.
