It is essential that this person has strong experience within the legal sector and has managed teams of 5+.

The role:

• Define the vision and roadmap for the firm's data initiatives alongside the innovation leadership team.
• Establish and lead a high-performing data science team to support business goals.
• Develop data-driven strategies to enhance decision-making, enable AI solutions, and boost operational efficiencies.
• Build and scale a modern, flexible data infrastructure, ensuring robust data collection, storage, and analysis.

• Design and implement scalable data products and services, ensuring seamless integration into business operations.
