- A passion for solving complex data and delivery challenges and desire to thrive in a constantly innovating and changing environment
- 10+ years' experience in Structured Finance (or related financial products, such as project finance, loan warehousing) and understanding of financial concepts
- Proven experience supporting or running data operations for a data platform, SaaS company
- Dynamic leadership and management experience of multi-disciplined teams with various priorities
- Past experience as a technical expert in engineering, data analytics, business analysis, BI, etc prior to leadership/management
- A huge plus is exposure to a data intensive environment in the financial services industry
