Senior IT Recruiter at PRI Technology
I have a top tier asset management client looking for a Head of Digital Distribution to develop and deploy digital tech solutions within the organization.
The ideal candidate for this role will need to come from Asset Management and/or preferably Wealth Management. The candidate will be responsible for all technology solutions especially for sales and marketing to enhance sales growth for the organization.
This role reports into the CTO.
This role will be onsite on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global digital experience strategy that aligns with broader sales and marketing and business objectives to enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- Oversee the design and implementation of user-centered digital experiences, ensuring usability, accessibility, and brand consistency across all channels.
- Lead the integration of key platforms for Salesforce and Cloud (AWS/Azure).
- Leverage a deep proficiency in data analytics to ensure the sales and marketing teams have what they need to generate business and meet key objectives.
- Lead the data and analytics team, overseeing the collection, analysis, and interpretation of marketing and sales data to generate actionable client and prospecting insights that foster data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital and marketing initiatives, providing updates and strategic recommendations to the CTO and senior leadership.
- Oversee the digital experience budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources, understanding dependencies and implications to achieve optimal outcomes and maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an IT leadership role supporting marketing and sales technology within the asset management or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects and driving measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Highly collaborative - proven ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and executive teams to align initiatives and outcomes with growth objectives.
- Certifications in Azure/AWS, Salesforce, or other relevant technologies.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
