Role Overview

We are looking for a Head of Finance. As the head of Titan's Finance team, you will help build and manage disciplined and accurate FP&A processes - budgeting, forecasting, monthly reviews with leadership, and long-term planning. You will track, report, and communicate progress against budget/plan with business stakeholders and leadership team on a monthly basis. You will also manage both the Finance / Accounting and Business Operations teams to effectively scale the business from both an operational and strategy perspective.

What You'll Do

* Build and manage disciplined and accurate financial planning & analysis (FP&A) processes - budgeting, forecasting, monthly reviews with senior leadership, board deck prep, and long-term planning

* Own the day-to-day finance function (including bill pay, vendor management, expense management and allocation, payment initiation, payroll operations)

* Project manage cross-functional financial improvement projects that will increase top-line revenue, reduce operating costs, and boost returns on invested capital

* Collaborate with leaders across the company to identify and execute on financial opportunities, from Growth to Engineering to HR and beyond

* Develop and implement enhanced accounts payable and expense reimbursement controls, policies, and procedures that will scale with growth

Qualifications

* 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in investment banking or corporate finance, running forecasting, budget/expense management, and investment decisions, plus experience at a high-growth startup

* Bachelor's degree and a record of academic achievement

* Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships

* Highly effective written and communication skills

* Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with Excel, Powerpoint, and/or SQL

* Knowledge of financial modeling and accounting principles

* Resourcefulness, persistence, and ability to thrive in fast paced, entrepreneurial environment

* Ability to work independently and a strong sense of ownership

* Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize, and juggle multiple projects

* CFP / CPA is a plus

Compensation:

Anticipated annual salary range: $200,000 - $250,000 plus company stock options + benefits (see above).

This salary range represents Titan's reasonable estimated possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
