Head of Ground System BuildsWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Ground System Builds. The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers and technicians in the fabrication and assembly of the ground support equipment required for launch (GS0).
GS0 is our launch system that can be produced and validated in factory environments before being shipped and deployed to any launch site in the world. It's modular and adaptable, needing only a flat concrete pad and a small team to activate the new facility. You will coordinate closely with hardware and avionics engineering teams to produce streamlined, cross-functional systems that are simple to maintain, improve, and deploy. This is a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment where no two days are going to be the same.
Travel between sites may be required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 a year

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
