Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive software security strategy tailored to the needs of a crypto trading environment.Establish and enforce security best practices, policies, and procedures.Serve as the primary point of contact for all software security matters, including incident response, audits, and compliance.Conduct regular security assessments of code, applications, and infrastructure.Oversee the design and implementation of security controls for trading algorithms, APIs, and data pipelines.Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks in existing systems and processes.Requirements
Professional Experience:
8+ years of experience in software security, cybersecurity, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven experience securing trading platforms, financial applications, or cryptocurrency systems.Hands-on experience with security tools (e.g., static and dynamic code analysis, SIEM, IDS/IPS) and technologies (e.g., blockchain, cryptography, AWS/Azure security).Strong understanding of secure coding practices, threat modeling, and application security frameworks (e.g., OWASP).Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java, and familiarity with microservices architectures.Deep knowledge of cryptographic protocols, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency security practices.Seniority level
