About The Role

The Head of Marketing – Innovation will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase market share, and support sales growth for our Test Your Innovation Platform. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the B2B market.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies
  • Product Positioning and Messaging
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage with customers and gather feedback to continuously improve our platform offerings.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to high-impact projects and campaigns.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

You need to be this kind of person:

  • Collaborative: Comfortable collaborating with the Marketing, Product and Sales teams, as well as executive-level leaders, in addition to external partners.

You need to have the following experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent years of service in a professional role
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Innovation, New Product Development and/or CPG marketing
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience forecasting and managing a budget.
