The ideal candidate for the Head of Marketing position at the company is a data-driven problem-solver with a deep understanding of building strong inbound marketing programs and collaborating on account-based marketing campaigns. They should have a proven track record in B2B marketing, with experience in scaling to significant revenue levels and managing a marketing team. A strong background in product marketing and demand generation, as well as experience in startup and high-growth environments, is essential. The role requires a systematic thinker who can implement frameworks for process improvement and a builder mindset, unafraid to be hands-on.
