Head of Marketing - Leeds Professional Resources : Job Details

The ideal candidate is serve as the lead marketing executive. You will manage all marketing efforts including planning, research, advertising, communications and public relations in line with our objectives.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary
• Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics
• Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
• Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events
• Develop and manage marketing budgets for properties and corporate initiatives

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a VP of Marketing or other senior role
• Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
• Excellent communications skills
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Real estate industry experience is required****
