This position requires a strategic thinker with a creative mindset to drive brand growth, enhance market presence, and engage target audiences effectively. You will lead our marketing team, foster collaboration across departments, and position 3forge as a leader in the fintech industry.

Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive brand growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Brand Management: Oversee and maintain brand integrity across all marketing initiatives and communications.
  • Campaign Development: Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns that effectively target key audiences.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to inform strategy adjustments and optimize results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and engineering teams to ensure cohesive messaging and successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the fintech or technology sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring marketing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in analyzing marketing metrics and applying insights to improve performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions to marketing challenges.
  • Experience with content marketing, including thought leadership and SEO optimization.
  • Knowledge of fintech industry trends and regulatory considerations.
  • Expertise in managing marketing budgets and optimizing ROI.
