Position Overview:
Passes is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team and continue to develop our brand. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, brand building, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth, increasing brand awareness, and leading successful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Passes' business goals and objectives.Brand Management: Oversee the development and execution of brand initiatives to enhance brand recognition and loyalty.Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and use analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports to the executive team.Partnerships: Build and manage strategic partnerships to amplify marketing efforts and expand reach.Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into the marketing strategy.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
