The Company is in search of a Head of Markets Tech Architecture with a focus on Derivatives and Securities. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving the technology strategy for these markets, developing strategic technical solutions that align with business objectives, and leading the design and implementation of large-scale projects. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in the Banking and Capital Market domain, particularly in trading platforms supporting various OTC products. The Head of Markets Tech Architecture will also be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to identify system improvement opportunities and ensuring that architecture design decisions are in line with industry best practices.Applicants for the Head of Markets Tech Architecture position at the company should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field, with at least 10 years' experience in the Banking and Capital Market domain, including leadership roles managing global teams. The role demands a candidate with a deep understanding of market trends affecting capital markets businesses and expertise in a range of technologies, including but not limited to, JAVA, .Net, Angular JS, React JS, GCP Cloud Technologies, and various database and messaging technologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing innovative technical solutions and staying abreast of emerging technologies.
