Head of Mortgage Originations, Texas - Multiply : Job Details

This is a high impact opportunity to join a fast growing venture-backed mortgage company to build and scale our Originations team in Texas. You'll set the strategic vision for our expansion, have a direct say in how we build our mortgage offerings, all while creating a top tier Originations team. The team will support homebuyers sourced from Multiply's company partners as well as their own clients and referrals.

This role reports directly to the CEO.

You Will:

• Build and lead a top tier originations team

• Set the strategy for scaling our Texas mortgage team

• Ensure our customers have an exceptional experience throughout their loan process.

• Own the sales funnel for Texas originations, delivering high customer satisfaction and increasing conversion

• Build our community presence across realtors, builders, and financial advisors

You Have:

• 15+ years in mortgage originations (5+ years in Austin or Dallas)

• 3+ years as a high performance team leader

• Active NMLS license in Texas

• Strong existing relationships with realtors, builders, and other real estate professionals in Austin and surrounding areas

• Significant experience with complex jumbo mortgage products (i.e. pledged asset loans and bank statement loans)

Nice to Have:

• Licensed in multiple states
