Join our Team About this opportunity: We are now looking for an experienced, passionate leader of leaders for the Hub Americas Organization. The The team is responsible for ensuring the deliveries of products to customers in the right time, cost, and quality. The Head of Operations will ensure the warehouse management team is well equipped to execute. The optimal candidate will be exceptionally detail oriented and must be dedicated to achieving operational excellence in all aspects. As a leader of leaders, the Head of Operations has a key part to play in role modeling and encouraging his/her team to live the Ericsson Values of Professionalism, Perseverance, Respect, and Integrity. The manager will furthermore drive Ericsson's five focus areas and promote ethics and compliance and, by the above, reinforce culture of the organization. If this sounds like something you are passionate about, we want you on our team What you will do: Provide strategic leadership to the production, warehouse, and quality teams Ensure effective communication and foster a collaborative work environment to achieve operational goals. Oversee overall warehouse activities, including executing deliveries to the customer Provide leadership to ensure effective utilization of warehouse personnel and equipment Collaborate with functional departments in the implementation of improvements. Manage LSP escalations and relationship Manage warehouse operations including inventory control, storage, distribution, and material replenishment to ensure timely supply of materials and products. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain a safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards. Manage operational budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring efficient use of resources. Monitor operational performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize operations. Manage the performance of the team and propose ways to increase efficiency, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. Discuss the importance of integrity and ensure individual performance is achieved in an ethical and compliant manner Ensure the wellbeing of the team, and support optimal work-life balance The skills you bring: Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, or a related field. Ability to deal with multiple scenarios to accommodate changes. Ensure cross-functional collaboration across local teams. Exceptional leadership skills in line with Ericsson core values and leadership framework Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and uncertain environment. Extensive experience in operations, or a related field, with a proven track record in a leadership role. Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in process improvement methodologies (like Lean, Six Sigma). Capable of identifying issues, analyzing complex problems, and developing effective solutions. Ability to define competence plans and assess skills within the team Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills. Understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technology relevant to the industry. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
