About The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Partnerships to join our team. In this role, you will lead efforts to establish and grow partnerships with hospital systems, primary care providers, patient marketplaces, and other healthcare networks, with the goal of driving patient acquisition for Unified Vision's providers across all brands. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to shape and execute a partnership strategy that aligns with our broader mission, ensuring our offerings reach and support more patients. We are looking for someone who can quickly learn in a fast-paced environment, possesses a strong ability to forge impactful relationships, and can effectively balance partner needs with organizational objectives. Your goal will be to expand our reach, foster growth, and deliver significant value to our providers through strategic partnerships.

CompensationThe estimated salary range for this role is $200,000 - $220,000 plus additional bonuses. Total compensation for this position may also include stock options. Note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual's relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors.
