DescriptionThe OpportunityAs the Head of Product, you will be responsible for defining and driving our product strategy forward with a particular focus on building a direct and engaging relationship with our end users to drive loyalty and retention. We are a Values and Mission driven organization, and we believe that if we develop and demonstrate leadership in our strategy, operations, and people, we will continue to drive product innovation and service excellence.As a Head of Product, you excel at the below core competenciesAdapting approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situationsPlanning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goalsMaking sense of complex, high quality, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problemsThe impact you'll makeStrategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's goals and vision.Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch analysis.Market Insight: Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and drive product innovation.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, development, and operations teams to ensure seamless product development and execution.Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Quality and Compliance: Ensure all products meet regulatory standards and maintain the highest quality benchmarks.What you will bring8+ years of experience in product ownership or management5+ years' experience managing product teams, setting vision, and aligning product goals with business strategy3+ years of experience working with retailers or retail technology; Omni channel commerce technology strongly preferredExperience in SaaS and a strong interest in softwareExperience creating and managing long-term product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and ensuring alignment with business goalsExecutive Leadership experience, proven track record working directly with senior executives in a B2B environmentExperience leading organizational change or navigating product pivotsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong product management and prioritization skillsAbility to work with multiple stakeholders towards a common goalCan-do attitude, bold vision, resilience, and executive presenceFamiliarity with API-based integrationsAs a member of the KWI team you will receiveFull Medical, Dental and Vision4 weeks of PTO in your first yearSummer Fridays....all year roundTuition ReimbursementDiscount from building café401(K) with a 50% company match (up to 6% of employee contribution)Employee Referral Program(1) Volunteer day each yearOur work spaceWe understand that our teams need flexibility, which is why we follow a hybrid schedule.
