The successful candidate will be responsible for driving key technology projects, maintaining product quality, managing development vendors, and ensuring that technology initiatives align with business needs. This role is pivotal in the company's mission to enhance the point of care and requires a technology leader with a strong background in product management, data engineering, and a passion for innovation in healthcare technology.Key responsibilities for the Head of Product and Data Systems include spearheading the launch of programmatic advertising, overseeing cloud-based database administration, and establishing robust QA testing protocols. The role also involves revising and enhancing provider content workflows, leading offshore development teams, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in IT or computer science, at least 5 years' of relevant experience, and a proven track record in growth-stage startups. Strong technical skills in AWS, Ad Systems DevOps, Snowflake, Airtable, MSFT SQL, and Apache Airflow are essential, as is experience with Atlassian/JIRA Confluence for ticketing and Salesforce.
