Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Protocol Engineering at XDC Network. The role involves leading and managing the protocol engineering team, scaling and maintaining the XDC Network masternodes and overall network performance. Overseeing engineering projects, and driving software development initiatives. While based in the San Francisco Bay Area, the role allows for flexibility to work remotely.

Qualifications

• A healthy github profile and track record of working with projects at scale
• Engineering and Software Development Management
• Project Management skills
• Experience in leading engineering teams
• Strong background in software development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in blockchain technology is a plus
