Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Lead to spearhead our efforts in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding top-tier physical therapists to our platform. This role is critical to Prava Therapy's growth as we continue to expand our network of independent providers across the country.

The ideal candidate has experience as a physical therapist as well as experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or provider relations within healthcare, is driven by building relationships, and is passionate about empowering physical therapists to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategies: Build and implement effective recruitment plans to attract physical therapists to Prava Therapy.
  • Outreach and Engagement: Identify and engage with physical therapists through various channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and direct outreach.
  • Pipeline Management: Create and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates to meet our recruitment targets.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Process: Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, onboarding, and guiding PTs through the platform activation process.
  • Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with PTs by understanding their needs, goals, and pain points, communicating how Prava Therapy can support their growth.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Leverage recruitment metrics to track performance, analyze trends, and continuously optimize strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, business development, and operations teams to align recruitment goals with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment, talent acquisition, or provider relations (preferably within physical therapy or related healthcare fields).
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting clinicians or healthcare professionals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships with candidates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
