About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Reserving for Financial Lines and Specialty. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the reserving process within the assigned business units, leading a team of actuaries, and conducting reserve-related projects in collaboration with other reserving leaders. This leadership role also involves a hands-on approach to direct reserving work. The ideal candidate should be a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) or a Career Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) with a minimum of 8 years of reserving experience, previous management experience, and a background in commercial lines.Applicants for the Head of Reserving position at the company should have a strong foundation in actuarial science, particularly in the areas of financial lines and specialty.
