Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our commercial efforts in the aesthetic industry. This role requires a highly hands-on leader with a passion for personally engaging with customers and closing deals. The ideal candidate is a strategic sales expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to drive business growth by being on the front lines. This is a remote position, but candidates must live in major aesthetic hubs such as New York City, Los Angeles, or Miami in order to access plastic surgery and dermatology offices IN-PERSON in those areas. Compensation is over 200K per year with commission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Take ownership of the sales strategy, ensuring aggressive expansion and market penetration.
  • Hands-On Sales Execution: Lead by example by directly engaging with key customers, negotiating deals, and personally closing high-value contracts.
  • Team Leadership & Coaching: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team while fostering a results-oriented culture.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop strong, long-term relationships with key clients, physicians, and aesthetic professionals.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, channels, and partnerships to expand market share.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Establish and refine sales processes, ensuring efficiency and high conversion rates.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Key Qualifications

  • Deep Knowledge and 10+ years of Aesthetic industry experience
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership within the aesthetic, medical device, or beauty industry.
  • Hands-on mentality with a strong desire to engage directly in sales and personally close deals.
  • Provable negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Fast thinker and fast decision maker
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.
