Remarkable opportunity for a Head of Sales with experience working with Target and/or Walmart in Women's. The role is based in NY and is an in-office environment. Ideal candidate has experience and understanding of all channels including wholesale, mass, mid-tier, department store, Amazon, e-commerce-marketplace, dropship, and direct-to-consumer. Must be able to travel domestically to accounts regularly and be comfortable making presentations to executive leadership. The salary range is $225-250,000+ BOE.
Responsibilities:
Hold P&L responsibility, accountable for top-line sales forecasts while driving margin and net profit growth.Exhibit detailed understanding of retail, omnichannel, and e-commerce channels and performance to identify opportunities and strategic needs.Define and establish best-in-class sales processes including customer onboarding, standardized reporting, and account-specific wholesale pricing processes.Serve as owner of all account and customer relationships and assortment strategies for the full portfolio of company brands.Manage account sales strategy in driving cross-functional merchandising, retail planning, assortment planning, and forecasting to meet/exceed retail expectations, grow wholesale shipments, and optimize profitability by channel/account.Identify key market share opportunities with current accounts to increase space and share within the account and market.Cultivate and maintain relationships with all accounts, existing and new, at the DMM level and below.Own and manage all account-level contracts, negotiations, and terms to achieve optimal and growing company profitability and margin metrics.Work cross-functionally with the merchandising team to determine correct assortment by account based on channel/brand strategy.Aggressively drive growth in new channels and distribution for all brands, partnering closely with Executive Leadership to define distribution strategy, and create path for execution, all brands.Strategically identify and open new accounts and seek opportunities within existing businesses to expand market share, grow brand presence, and cultivate best-in-class relationships.Drive and guide competitive research within accounts as well as white space, analyze trends, and present opportunities cross-functionally internally as well as with customers.Oversee day-to-day operations including PO fulfillment and management, adhering to all customer compliance expectations and clean order processing.Lead, manage, and train sales team of all levels, driving a team mentality.Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in sales role preferably working with and selling to Target and/or Walmart.Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale business growth in mass, mid, and direct-to-consumer sales environments, achieving significant revenue growth in all channels.Must have advanced strategy, planning, and analytical skills to understand how to run both a high-volume fashion and replenishment business.Experience in hiring, mentoring, and managing a team of 8-12.Must be tech savvy and a super user of all retailer platforms, as well as internal systems.Experience and understanding of all channels including wholesale, mass, mid-tier, department store, Amazon, e-commerce marketplace, dropship, and direct-to-consumer.Ability to travel domestically to accounts regularly and be comfortable making presentations to executive leadership.#J-18808-Ljbffr
