Job DescriptionHead of Sales / Sales Director will help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. Our ideal Sales Director candidate must have experience working in multinational corporations or international companies, can work effectively in a collaborative team-based company, and has a proven record of consistently meeting sales goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Help organizations maximize their profits
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Produce qualified leads and provide contract proposals
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Develop, maintain, and expand business relationships with prospective customers
  • Manage accounts and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Promote the company's services by addressing or predicting clients' objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Create, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including RFPs and industry-specific solutions
  • Negotiate client pricing
  • Evaluate current sales performance
  • Forecast sales revenue
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience working in multinational corporations or international companies
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely
  • Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements, such as using software programs and machines
  • Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
  • Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and commission-driven
  • Proactive, organized, and able to handle work under stressful and uncertain environments
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Candidates who possess previous construction sales experience will be given preference
