Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
  • 2 years of experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience designing segment GTM for sales or partnerships organizations and working with Product/Business Technology/Marketing teams to build experiences for all users.
  • Knowledge of YouTube large partners and creator ecosystem, YouTube service and support operations as well as the competitive contexts in which partners operate.
  • Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast evolving environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and people management skills, with experience communicating with and influencing senior-level executives.
  • Excellent business acumen with distinctive problem solving and analysis skills.
About the job

In this role, you will lead the Tier 1 and Vendor Develop Go-To-Market (GTM) team and be responsible for setting the service model strategy to ensure YouTube and our partners' long-term success, collaborating with Product teams to advocate for and prioritize the needs of partners, and helping drive adoption of products and priorities across these segments.

You will lead a team responsible for designing and deploying various go-to-market levers including role design, incentives, workflow design, and tools and driving productivity and improving the scale efficacy of our frontline teams. You will interact with key stakeholders, senior executives and cross-functional leaders as you drive alignment and work closely with regional teams to shape our localized GTM approach.

You will be a key contributor in a high-energy growth environment. You will partner with senior stakeholders to think through strategic issues, and communicate effectively with global teams to drive significant initiatives.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$261,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for the overall frontline team service model strategy for our Tier 1 and Vendor Develop segments, determining who we serve, partner needs and the level of service provided and the right operating model.
  • Enable change management with frontline teams, including defining frontline roles/workflows and plans to manage changes, defining levers and sequencing, and landing segmentation design and portfolio refresh optimizations bi-annually.
  • Maximize partner success by improving onboarding, driving smarter coverage, optimizing incentives for partner managers and vendor agents.
  • Partner with Global Vendor Operations to execute segment strategy and deliver performance via vendor agents.
  • Identify and develop strategy to incorporate AI-driven capabilities into our frontline operations, in close collaboration with our Business Technology and Product teams.
