Minimum qualifications:In this role, you will lead the Tier 1 and Vendor Develop Go-To-Market (GTM) team and be responsible for setting the service model strategy to ensure YouTube and our partners' long-term success, collaborating with Product teams to advocate for and prioritize the needs of partners, and helping drive adoption of products and priorities across these segments.
You will lead a team responsible for designing and deploying various go-to-market levers including role design, incentives, workflow design, and tools and driving productivity and improving the scale efficacy of our frontline teams. You will interact with key stakeholders, senior executives and cross-functional leaders as you drive alignment and work closely with regional teams to shape our localized GTM approach.
You will be a key contributor in a high-energy growth environment. You will partner with senior stakeholders to think through strategic issues, and communicate effectively with global teams to drive significant initiatives.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$261,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
