The Montessori School of Columbia (MSC) in Columbia, SC, seeks an experienced, Montessori-certified leader to serve as our next Head of School. Celebrating over 40 years of service, MSC is a dual-accredited institution (SAIS & AMS) with a commitment to fostering the social, emotional, and academic growth of students, ages 3-12, on our beautiful 3-acre campus.

Position Overview:

The Head of School will lead with integrity, embodying Montessori values while managing all areas of school operations, including academics, admissions, development, and finance. This leader will cultivate an inclusive community and work closely with the Board of Trustees to shape the school's strategic vision, ensuring academic excellence and long-term sustainability.
