The Head of School will shape institutional strategy while managing daily operations of this distinctive academy. The position demands excellence in educational leadership, athletic program development, and student achievement. - Provide visionary leadership setting high expectations for both academic excellence and elite athletic performance
- Implement strategic objectives aligning academic and sports programs
- Drive EBITDA growth

- Lead development of elite athlete sports programs with top-tier coaching and training
- Ensure rigorous academic curriculum and high achievement standards

- Graduate degree
- Master's degree advantageous
- Proven educational leadership experience within a private school environment
- Strong fiscal management capabilities
- Experience with international student populations
