We're seeking a Head of Strategic Initiatives who will provide direct support to the Chief Growth Officer and will have responsibility for day-to-day operations of his office.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

* Assist with the shaping and execution of the key strategic initiatives, especially those that require high involvement from the Chief Growth Officer.

* Overall management and support of Chief Growth Officer's external facing activity (e.g., client meetings, conferences, panels), including but not limited to client prep, researching of key relevant topics, and writing communications.

* Assembling the GV executive team, including Managing Directors, Head of Business Development, COO, etc., to triage key priority areas for the Chief Growth Officer to dedicate attention, tracking notes and circulating follow-ups, and planning/coordinating touch points

* Strategically assisting the Chief Growth Officer in making key decisions, and continuously improving Growth Venture's operating model and helping address any problems relevant to the Chief Growth Office.

* Some travel would be required.

Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate/Possess:

* Consummate professional; able to navigate a complex organization.

* Execution focused driving strong accountability and transparency across the business

* Intellectual curiosity: desire to constantly learn and continuously improve.

* Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills, able to articulate complex information in a clear and simple manner to a variety of audiences.

* Highly proactive/ collaborative individual who can influence multiple internal partners to drive results.

* Ability to balance extremely high attention to detail and accuracy with tight deadlines on critically meaningful work.

* Minimum of eight to ten years experience within the Financial Services and/or consulting.

* Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline required

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $125,000 and $210,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.

This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
