This role is ideal for an experienced tax leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex tax issues, and can streamline tax operations for a rapidly expanding business.In this role, you will:

• Oversee and manage all corporate 1120 tax filings (federal & state)
• Lead a team of tax professionals, ensuring compliance and efficiency
• Develop and implement scalable tax processes to support business growth
• Advise on tax-related issues, including M&A, dissolutions, and multi-state compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Operations) to improve reporting and strategic planning

Job DetailsWhat We're Looking For:

• 8+ years of corporate tax experience, including leadership roles
• Active CPA or EA license (required)
• Strong background in corporate tax filings (1120), multi-state tax compliance, and tax strategy
• Experience with M&A, restructuring, or dissolutions preferred
• Ability to build, manage, and scale a tax team
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, hands-on environment
