Primary responsibilities for this position will include:

Finding, vetting and selecting quantitative traders/portfolio managers, globally.

Working closely with the heads of risk, trading, technology and research and CIO to identify and onboard relevant candidates that fit the firm's vision, present and future plans.

Additional responsibilities include contributions in risk management, portfolios construction, and capital allocation.

Experience/Skills Requirements:

We're looking for a candidate with preferably hands-on trading background.

Strong knowledge of the electronic trading markets and its participants, with a focus/expertise in algorithmic/quant trading is mandatory.

Experience in assessing and managing quant traders preferred.

Must have 7-10 + yrs of investment management/trading industry experience, have exceptional communication/presentation skills, ability to understand a variety of trading strategies styles and methodologies and associated portfolio construction, risk management, positions sizing.
