The Head of US Compliance Monitoring and Testing provides thought leadership into the strategic vision for our approach to perform oversight testing and monitoring throughout first- and second-lines of defense, including the appropriate organization structure and staffing to achieve the strategy. This role is responsible for developing and implementing the target operating model for Compliance testing capability with a focus on optimizing controls, streamlining and standardizing testing execution and improving testing effectiveness and efficiency. Depth & Scope:Provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing employee performance and compensation decisions, promoting teamwork and handling any/all disciplinary actions, as required.
