Under the direction of the Manager, Dental Store, the Head Stock Clerk will receive storeroom merchandise, maintain inventories of disposable supplies, make deliveries of dental supplies and maintain the storeroom in a safe and clean condition.Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:Receives and delivers supplies and equipment throughout the Dental School including the pre-clinic.Verifies contents of packages to the packing slips and enters into the WebOps Inventory System.Responsible for set-up and delivery of dental supplies and equipment for student kit distribution.Ships return items via UPS, bring returns to the loading dock, and maintain receipts.Notifies Dental Store buyer of low inventory levels.Fills orders for disposable items from inventory.Prepares for and participate in the annual physical inventory.Assists Dental Store Buyer with over the counter merchandise sales of dental supplies to students, faculty and staff in the Dental Store.Performs other related duties as assigned.Position Status Full TimeHours Per WeekDaily Work Shift DayWork ArrangementFLSA NonexemptGrade 147Position SalaryAnnual Minimum Salary 36036.00Annual Mid Range Salary 36946.00Annual Maximum Salary 38056.20Standard Hours 35.00Union Description Teamsters 97Payroll Designation PeopleSoftBenefitsRutgers offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees.
