Candidates with prior high school and/or collegiate playing experience are preferred.. Successful candidate will have a proven track record of building successful programs. In addition, candidate will be a good communicator with strong organizational skills.Head coach is responsible for all facets of the program including but not limited to the following: Assignment of staff (Assistant coaches), Determine program philosophy and goals, Determine season practice schedule, Complete all necessary paperwork including rosters, trip schedules, and program training rules.Making all necessary work assignments for home contests in all but varsity contests, Maintain accurate and up to date equipment inventory.
