Health Advocate Coordinator - Insight Global : Job Details

Insight Global Health is looking for Health Advocate Coordinator. The coordinator will be working remotely Monday to Friday, 8 to 5 PM. This is a remote position, but candidate needs to live in the Southern California area. On a daily basis, the candidate will be handling 10-15 cases, will be calling patients and making post-discharge calls, and wil assist RNs with the coordination of care/DME within case management. They will help schedule appointments and meet preventive care goals. - 2 years of experience working in a coordinator role- Knowledge of medical terminology/background in Healthcare- Proficient in the use of EMR systems and Microsoft Office applications: working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
