Pay Rate: $50.00/hr.

T&T is currently partnered with a local Adult Day Care that is offering Per Diem opportunities for Speech Therapist. This facility is dedicated to promoting the physical and emotional well-being and dignity of adults 18 years or older. Duties:

• Attending and participating in all the multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings and subsequent meetings if ST services are provided by the ST or recommended by RN or physician.

• Conducting an initial assessment/evaluation of the communication and/or swallowing ability of any participant referred for evaluation, and subsequent reassessments.

• Provide all speech therapy specified in the participant plans of care.

• Documentation of all speech therapy treatments, provided.

• Instructing other health team personnel and family members in methods of assisting the participant to improve and correct speech disorders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of speech therapy experience

• Licensed by the Speech, Pathology and Audiology Board.

• Current BLS/CPR
