Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage 75% safety and 25% environmental responsibilities
• Collaborate with integrators on health and safety aspects of production lines
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain up-to-date certifications
• Investigate and follow up on workplace injuries and workers' compensation cases
• Monitor and track environmental factors, including process water and air pollution
• Implement and maintain ISO 14001 environmental management system
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and safety evaluations of new equipment
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for all employees
• Manage relationships with third-party safety consultants
• Continuously improve existing health and safety regulations
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation for regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety or related field
• 3-4 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and ISO 14001 standards (preferred)
• Experience with metal fabrication or plastic molding machinery
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Excellent communication and training abilities
