Health and Wellness Coach - Hospital Sisters Health System : Job Details

HSHS Medical Group is seeking a Health and Wellness Coach to join our Lead. Well Clinic team. The H &W coach will partner with contracted companies to perform health risk assessments, provide feedback on biometric screening results, utilize coaching skills to assist clients in setting personal health goals and partner with contracted companies to set annual wellness strategies. Ideal candidates will have a strong interest in health and wellness and enjoy coaching others to set and reach health goals. Position Specifics:o Department: Occupational Healtho Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Thursday; 7 am-5:30 pmo Facility: Lead.
