Health Center Manager - NP/PA

We are looking for a full-time Health Center Manager - Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (NP/PA) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a medium-sized health center and overseeing the management of staff members, scheduling, and service levels. You will also provide patient care and technical expertise as needed, as well as manage daily operations, workflow, and staff management processes.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Current license as an NP/PA in practicing state
• Certification in Occupational Health may be required for some sites
• Current hands-on certification in Basic Life Support for healthcare providers

Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years' experience in the medical field
• 2 - 3 years' management experience
• Experience accessing industry standards for Infection Prevention practices

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent computer skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving and work flow management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Training skills preferred
