Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience in the health and safety field, specific to underground mining preferred. - Proven experience in leading the development and maintenance of a strong safety culture. - Expertise in training techniques and systems of hazard recognition and control. - Mine rescue experience. - MSHA Blue Card IU/IS/MM unlimited certification required. - Strong skills in written and verbal communication, critical thinking, and data analysis.
