Health Safety & Environmental Manager - Trinity Consultants Engineering & EHS Workforce Solutions : Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Drive Corporate safety initiatives by developing, implementing and monitoring programs that drive world-class safety, health and environmental practices.
• Ensure compliance with all Environmental, Health & Safety & Environmental (HSE) laws and regulations.
• Develop processes to drive continuous improvement of HSE practices.
• Work with Facility Manager and act as advisor to the health and safety administration team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
• Monitor the removal of physical, biological and chemical hazards, and training of employees on safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Ensures all regulatory records are maintained and prepared according to established guidelines.
• Manage the hiring, direction, assessment and development of a team of HSE professionals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires at least 10 years related experience.
• CSP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills that result in effective communications.
• Exceptional presentation skills to senior executives.
• Strong knowledge of developing and implementing training programs.
• Must have proven success in driving continuous improvement in HSE.
• Lean and Six Sigma preferred.
• Experience with Root Cause use Analysis and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis tools.
