HEALTH SUPPORT TECHNICIAN - 64028864 - STATE OF FLORIDA : Job Details

This is a position in a specialized public health program reporting directly to the RN School Health Coordinator and the Director of Nursing. This position requires independent problem solving, with knowledge of State Laws as it pertains to Florida Statutes. This position assist with disease investigations related to the safety of school children, teachers, and school staff. Assist the RN School Health Coordinator to manage the administration of the School Health Services Program, perform periodic program reviews in cooperation with the Department of Education as the Department of Health, School Health Coordinator Assistant. Perform duties to assist private and public schools requesting to participate in the health services program regarding clinic/chart review, mock survey, screenings, immunizations, health education and health related problems.
