The Health & Wellbeing (AH&WB) Communications Specialist is responsible for developing and executing the communication strategy to inform, engage, and connect Associates to various health and wellbeing offerings. The ideal candidate has a background in health promotion and communications with a strong understanding of health and wellbeing programming, digital marketing and program implementation/enhancement. They must be able to effectively collaborate with stakeholders throughout the business. The role will split time between supporting the regional Americas team (70%), and the Global Center of Excellence (30%).
What are we looking for?
* Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Health Promotion, or a related field is required, master's degree preference
* A minimum of 4+ years of related industry experience and program management experience, in a corporate health, healthcare marketing or Corporate Affairs environment
* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
* The ability to effectively organize and prioritize work demands and multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (ex. SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.) as well as other communication software packages (ex, Prezi)
* Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with all levels of Associates
* Being fluent in both English and Spanish /or Portuguese a plus
What would be your key responsibilities?
* Develop an internal & external integrated communications plan including a cohesive narrative framework and supporting materials that informs, inspires, and motivates associates to take action for the Americas (US, Canada, and LATAM).
* Content management of AH&WB materials including, ensuring up to date Line Manager hub materials, content for Be Well Together site uploads and making strategic choices on content placement
* Manage the US share point site ensuring the relevant updates to content is completed timely, and content is accurate
* Develop and implement regional plans for effective internal communications aligned with the Be Well Together strategy.
* Manage and produce content for internal communication channels (intranet, email newsletters, social intranet, etc.)
* Create consistent and clear Associate messaging in partnership with the AH&WB team around regional news, changes, projects, events, and more
* Ensure visibility of AH&WB programs, key campaigns & strategic priorities, ensuring the coordination of messages and timely cascades.
* Provide communications training, support, and counsel to the broader regional team
* Development and continuous improvement of the region's communications portfolio
* Serve as point person and resource for communications for the regional AH&WB team members (includes LATAM and Canada)
* Support communications, change management processes and projects/initiatives deployed by the global team
* Support communications and drive engagement for the new global safety platform
* Ongoing communications support for the global health and wellbeing framework - Be Well Together
* Create resources (newsletters, scala screens, etc.) for the Americas region with the recognition that they can be deployed across other regions
* Reinforcement of Site Health Fundamentals communications, assets, and results
