Job Title: Healthcare Call Center RepresentativeBelow covers everything you need to know about what this opportunity entails, as well as what is expected from applicants.Pay: $20 an hr | Bi-weeklyJob Type: Onsite in Cary, NCStart date: 11/04/2024Shift Options: Work Schedule:(Days & Time) : 9-6pm | 10-7pmHealthcare Call Center Representative Overview:Enter all communication and documentation in the Biologics MISUtilize all available resources to secure copay assistance funding for patients in need of financialassistance, and communicate available resources to providers and patientsCommunicate with providers regarding patient updates and document in the Biologics MISUtilize clinical notes provided by providers to initiate prior authorizations via online portal, phone,or faxReview and assist patients in completing their applications for assistance. Follow-up as neededwith the patient, provider and third party to ensure application completenessFollow-up on applications for assistance with third party entities until an assistance determinationdecision is made (copay or free good support)Manage inbound calls on the manufacturer customer service lines from patients, clients,physicians, practitioners and clinics regarding inquiries about services provided, financial supportprograms and applicationsCoordinate with the benefits investigation team to initiate the pharmacy dispensing workflowwhen the assistance outcome has been determinedTriage prescriptions to preferred pharmacies or hub providers when Biologics in unable to servethe patient and ensure pharmacy or hub receiptOther related duties as assigned by SupervisorIdentify and report adverse events (AEs) and product complaints (PCs) to cliniciansHealthcare Call Center Representative Qualifications:Customer Service, prior authorization/insurance eligibility experience; pharmacy experience would be fantastic!Healthcare Call Center Representative Benefits:Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance.A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.How to Apply:If you are interested in this position, please apply OR submit your resume to:Saw Hlaing | [email protected] | 412-###-####
