Healthcare Talent Services Consultant

(Part-Time)

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Healthcare Talent Services Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in the healthcare industry to provide strategic guidance and support to our growing services company. Your insights will be invaluable as we expand our offerings and navigate the evolving healthcare landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Consulting: Provide expert advice on healthcare industry trends, challenges, and best practices related to talent acquisition, recruitment, and workforce development.
  • Analyze market data and identify emerging talent needs and skill gaps within the healthcare sector.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent in the healthcare industry.
  • Advise on the development of innovative talent programs, such as internships, residencies, and mentorship programs.
  • Operational Support: Assist in the development and refinement of our healthcare talent services offerings.
  • Provide guidance on talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the effective delivery of healthcare talent services to our clients.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices related to healthcare employment.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 20+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, including roles in nursing, hospital administration, human resources, or other relevant areas.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including current trends, challenges, and best practices.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or workforce development within the healthcare sector.
  • Knowledge of healthcare technology and data analytics.
  • Experience in business development and sales.
