Healthcare Customer Service RepresentativeMinimum Requirements 2 years of customer service experience or healthcare administrationAbility to manage callsFULL TRAINING PROVIDEDResponsibilities Confer with customers by telephone, email, or SMS messaging to provide information about products or services, cancel accounts, or upgrade accountsAssist with processing of pharmacy orders, process payments, refunds, or exchangesInform customers of deals and promotions, answer questions about warranties and terms of saleCall insurances to obtain patient PBM coverage informationAccurate data entry into systemDocument collection and storageContact doctor offices to collect and request prescriptions, authorizations, clinical notes, and lab resultsRun pharmacy test claims and communicate copays to the patientAnswer phones and provide customer serviceKeep workspace and common pharmacy areas cleanMaintain patient confidentiality and function within the guidelines of HIPAAOther duties as assignedQualifications 2 years of customer service experience or healthcare administrationAbility to manage callsExcellent communication skillsMicrosoft Office proficientFULL TRAINING PROVIDEDLocation: Boston, MA (In office, not remote)Schedule: Monday - Friday 9AM - 5:30PMCompensation: $19/HRAbout TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
